Quick Installation

The installation of underground reservoirs significantly shortens the construction time, as these tanks are relatively light, the elements can be of long length, and no load-distribution plate is required. Longer elements can be coupled together to form solid tanks of the required design volume.

Durability in aggressive environments

The high-strength steel, corrosion protection, and a simple structure all ensure longevity of these tanks. The structures are strong and do not need a load distribution plate. The installation is possible in both low and high temperatures. 

Long life span

The steel of HelCor structures is protected against corrosion by hot dip galvanizing. It is a durable and long-lasting material that ensures a lifespan of up to 100 years.  

Environmentally friendly

CO2 emissions, energy and water consumptions are quite low. Steel is also environmentally friendly as it is 100% reusable. If stormwater is collected in the right way, it is also reusable. Finally, the lightness of the steel means quick installation of the pipes and minimal pollution of the area.

Our solutions can be fully customized to meet your needs. We offer tanks of various diameters from 600 mm to 4,000 mm and can include:

and much more. The reservoirs are manufactured in sections and, if necessary,can be connected to form larger tanks.

Guaranteed Quality

All our solutions are manufactured in accordance with EN 10346 and use steel grades S250GD or DX51D. An additional polymer coating can be applied to significantly increase corrosion resistance in accordance with EN 10169. This anti-corrosion treatment results in a product durability of up to 100 years.

Lighter than concrete, friendlier than plastic  

ViaCon’s StormWater Solutions are a great alternative to expensive and labor-intensive reinforced concrete, plastic or fiberglass tanks.  

Spirally corrugated steel pipes have excellent strength parameters, they can withstand high loads and can be operated underground at great depths. Unlike plastic or fiberglass tanks, our solutions require no load distribution plates, even in trafficked areas. 

Finally, HelCor products have a up to significantly lower cradle-to-grave CO2 footprint than alternative materials.
